I always feel the need to fill one of these in. Not because there's anything hugely exciting happening in my life or because anyone actually cares what I write here. It's more to do with me wanting things to be tidy. I don't like having out-of-date journals on my profile, giving anyone who actually reads them (or even glances at them) old news. Even if it was confirmed as a fact that no one even glances at them at all (despite the new place journals have on my profile above my deviantID) I'd still do this, just for peace of mind.

So for some new news. In regards to the last journal I finished that troublesome essay in good time. Far from my greatest piece of work but it reached the minimum word count at least. I won't go in to detail about how bad I thought it was at the time but I will tell you that it got 48%. Not bad, not bad. For the amount of effort I put in and the fact I'm terrible at the subject it'll do for me just fine.

So the very newest news. Well right now I'm recovering from the longest and worst cold I've ever had. It almost lasted two weeks! Which is long for me, when I catch a cold it's normally a runny nose for a few days but this time my body decided to try out as many symptoms of a cold as possible in as little time. Losing my voice was pretty fun though, for a while I sounded like Batman

And here I am right in the middle of study time. My first exam is a week today and so far the revision isn't coming along so well. Oh and yes it's in the same subject as the recent essay! I'm not too worried though, I'll get round to revising for it (and the exam following shortly afterward) in good time.

So I suppose the next journal update will come sometime in the middle of the summer time. I'll have passed all my exams, be working my days away and having lots of fun at the beach and such. Unless anything hugely exciting happens between now and that oh so bright vision of the future then this journal shall do for a while.
